The Chicago Blackhawks have the second-best odds of winning the 2024 NHL Draft Lottery, according to Scott Wheeler's rankings of every NHL organization.
The Blackhawks have a 13.5% chance of winning the lottery, which would give them the first overall pick in the draft. They also have a 12.5% chance of winning the second overall pick, and a 11.5% chance of winning the third overall pick.
In addition to their own first-round pick, the Blackhawks also own the Tampa Bay Lightning's first-round pick in 2024. The Lightning's pick is currently projected to be the 31st overall pick.
The Blackhawks have a total of nine draft picks in the 2024 NHL Draft. They have two picks in the first round, two picks in the second round, three picks in the third round, and two picks in the fourth round.
